Chocolate Brownie with Killinchy Gold Maple Syrup & Walnut

Ingredients:
500gm butter
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tablespoon icing sugar
Method:
Melt butter in pot
Take off heat
Add sugar and then eggs one at one at a time, stirring in thoroughly
Fold in flour, cocoa and baking powder
Pour into lamington tin (small rectangular baking tray) and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until spring back to touch
When cool, sift over icing sugar and serve with Killinchy Gold ice cream of choice (we recommend Killinchy Gold Maple Syrup & Walnut)
