Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The details relating to the prizes above form part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promotion will run from 20 June 2018 (from when the Facebook promotion is live) and close at 5pm, 26 June 2018 (“Promotional Period”).

3. The Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents aged 13 and above, who are currently living in New Zealand, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this Promotion, and the immediate families of all such employees (“Eligible Entrants”).

4. The “Promoter” is Emerald Foods Limited, 1 Accent Drive, East Tamaki.

5. Entry into the Promotion consists of an Eligible Entrant responding to the Facebook post, as directed in the Promotion page post, during the Promotional Period.

6. No entries will be accepted after the Promotion Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt on the Promotion page post on the Killinchy Gold Facebook page and not at the time of transmission by the Eligible Entrant.

7. The winner will be chosen at random from all of the comments submitted. The response must contain the requested response posted in response to the Promotion page post shortly following the close of the Promotional Period.

8. The winner will be notified on the Killinchy Gold page on Facebook as a reply to the winner’s post on the page. Multiple entries from the same user will be treated as one entry for the random draw purposes.

9. The winners will be contacted by the Promoter and asked to private message their contact details to the Killinchy Gold page on Facebook in order to receive the prize.

10. If a winning entrant does not supply their contact details, including contact phone number and postage address, within 3 days of being contacted (where reasonable measures have been taken by or on behalf of the Promoter to make contact with the winner), that prize will be given away to another selected entry from all remaining valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

11. In the event that any of the elements of the prize become unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter will endeavour to re-schedule the elements of the prizes as practicable or substitute prizes of equal value.

12. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

13. The selection results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

15. By entering the Promotion, you agree to the use of your name and the content of your page comment for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agree that the Promoter will own copyright for any such answers for all material.

16. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter, its employees and agents and Facebook will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize.

17. The Promoter may amend these Terms and Conditions or cease the Promotion at any time.

18. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, misdirected or lost and takes no responsibility for any entries not lodged correctly through the Company Brand pages on Facebook.

19. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or the responsibility of Facebook. Entry and continued participation in the promotion is dependent on entrants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at www.facebook.com/terms.php. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter. The information you provide will be held and used only for the purpose of the Promotion.

By making any contribution to Killinchy Gold Facebook page – including comments, photos or videos – you are granting Emerald Foods Ltd permission to reuse this content inside the Facebook platforms. Permission will be sought via an individual request to the owner of the post or comment if Emerald Foods Ltd wishes to utilise the content outside of the Facebook platform.
