Killinchy Gold Maple Walnut Ice Cream Truffles
1 Litre Killinchy Gold Maple Walnut Ice Cream
200g mixed nuts finely chopped (any nuts can be used)
Caramel and/or chocolate sauce
Fresh whipped cream (optional)
Finely grated dark Chocolate (we recommend Whittaker’s Dark Ghana chocolate)
Make ice cream balls with an ice cream scoop or melon baller – smaller, compact scoops work best.
Roll ice cream balls in the chopped nuts and place them in the freezer for a couple of hours to harden.
Place 2-3 balls in a medium to a tall glass.
Pour caramel and/or chocolate sauce over the top and serve topped with fresh whipped cream and grated chocolate.
